#792 – Pinpad write/comm error
Possible PINpad hardware connection issue. Disconnect all cables to PINpad: power, serial connection to computer Re-connect PINpad cables. Reboot computer. Run PINpad Initialization. Call Eigen at 604-736-1066 if does not recover.
#778 – Invalid StationID
This issue will occur if you have properly connected PINpad station but then a different station is selected from the Login window. The configuration is tied directly and so selecting a different station can break the communication between the two applications.
#83 – Maximum refund credit reached
There is a maximum daily refund limit per station.
#781 – Station not Initialized
Run Initialization steps. » Initialize a PINpad
#772 – EMV Config Failed
Unplug the PINpad. Plug in the PINpad. Press SETUP during the boot cycle. Enter Password: 952010 Press TERMINAL SETTINGS Press PINPAD MODE PINPAD MODE: E Press CORRRECTION to remove existing setting. Press OK to save Press CANCEL several times to exit out of the menu and then click RESTART
#798 – Pinpad Error

Unplug the PINpad from the computer. This is generally a USB-to-Serial cable. Unplug the power for PINpad. Restart MiraServ. » Restart MiraServ Reboot the computer. Plug in the power to the PINpad. #708 – Cannot Open PINpad Port
The PINPad may lose its COM port setting when upgrading a station, moving wires or general Windows updates.
