Loyalty Plans

Loyalty plans allows points to be accumulated and redeemed as an individual or a group.

Add loyalty points

  1. Open a booking.
  2. On the General tab, click the name search icon or press ALT + M.

  3. Find the contact.

  4. Select the contact and press ENTER or double click.
  5. The Name field has updated.
  6. Click the Billing tab.
  7. If the customer has a loyalty plan associated with their profile, it will be added to all applicable sales items.

Activate loyalty points

  1. Open a booking.
  2. Click Checked.

  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. The loyalty points are now active.

Manually add loyalty points

  1. Open the booking.
  2. Click the Billing tab.

  3. Select an inventory, or click Add an inventory.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. In the Plans tab, double click New Plan.

  6. Find the plan and set the desired method and rate.

  7. Optional.  Uncheck the Pending checkbox to immediately activate the loyalty points.

  8. Click OK.

Manually change loyalty points

  1. Open the booking.
  2. Click the Billing tab.

  3. Select the loyalty points.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Update the method and rate as desired.

  6. Optional.  Uncheck the Pending checkbox to activate the redemption.

  7. Click OK.

If the billing is re-synchronized at a later time, the overridden changes will be removed.

Redeem loyalty points

Bookings

  1. Open a booking.
  2. Click the Billing tab.

  3. Remove all the applicable inventory items.
    Transfer, port and dock fees may be required and not applicable to the redemption process.
  4. Add the loyal redemption inventory.

  5. In the General tab, click Checked.


    The loyalty points will activate.

  6. Click the Billing tab.

  7. If a balance is outstanding, finalize payment or click Mark Closed.

Point of Sale

  1. Click File > Point of Sale or press CTRL + P.

  2. Click New.
  3. Find the redemption inventory.

  4. Select the redemption inventory.

  5. Click Customer.

  6. Find the contact.

  7. Select the contact.


    If one exists, the pending loyalty plan will update with the plan linked to the contact.

  8. Select the loyalty plan.

  9. Click Edit.

  10. Optional.  Find or enter the plan Number.

  11. Uncheck the Pending checkbox to activate the redemption.

  12. Click OK.

  13. If a balance is outstanding, finalize payment or click Mark Closed.

Plans reports

  1. Click View > Web Reports.
  2. In the Accounting section, click Plans Report.
