- Unplug the PINpad from the computer.
This is generally a USB-to-Serial cable. - Unplug the power for PINpad.
- Restart MiraServ.
» Restart MiraServ - Reboot the computer.
- Plug in the power to the PINpad.
Wait for the “Welcome” message. - Plug in the PINpad into the computer.
- Run Initialization steps.
» Initialize a PINpad
