You may have a schedule that you are interested in running but you are concerned about its viability or timing.  Setting up a waiting list only schedule allows you to accept bookings and then determine if you want to run the schedule.

  1. Create a schedule.
    » Create a Schedule
  2. Optional.  In the General tab, set the Status.

  3. Click the Classes tab.

  4. Select the Passengers class.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Set the Maximum # to 0.

  7. Click OK.

This will prevent confirmed bookings but still allow passengers to book on the waiting list.

Open a schedule

  1. In the Classes tab, update the actual number of seats.

  2. Open the manifest.
    » Open the manifest

  3. Update the status of each booking, marking as Confirmed.
Perform any additional procedures of customer notification and confirmation.

The remaining seats on the schedule will now be active and available for confirmed bookings.
