New Booking showing on manifest

The New Booking listed on the manifest is pending completion.

This happens when a new booking is created and space is held while the booking is completed.  This pending booking is visible to all employees accessing the manifest at the same time the booking is created.

In the case of a station failure where the connection is lost the pending booking will reload when the Booking Agent is restarted.

However, if the computer has a larger system failure — such as a hard drive failure — and doesn’t not restart normally, the pending booking can be left pending until another employee reviews or removes the booking.
