Create a contact

Add a contact

  1. From the main window, click New Contact.

  2. Enter basic name and email information.

  3. If desired or required, enter address details.
  4. Click OK.

Add contact to a group

  1. Open a contact.
  2. Click the Other tab.
  3. Click the Groups tab.
  4. Enter a group name in the search field and click Add.

  5. The group will be added to the list.

Add contact to a loyalty plan

  1. Open a contact.
  2. Click the Other tab.
  3. Click the Plans tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Select the Plan.

  6. Optional.  Set the Service group.


    This can help define sub-categories for your plan members.

  7. Set the Number.

  8. Optional.  Set the Activation and Expiration dates.

  9. Optional.  Set the Alert.

  10. Click OK.
