Change a booking

Changing a booking is a common occurrence and can be done quickly.

Change the name/owner of a booking

  1. Open a booking.

  2. Click the Search button on the Name field or press ALTM.

    There may be policy warnings and/or change fees.

  3. Search for a customer and click Select.

  4. The customer name will be updated.

  5. Click OK.

Change the schedule

  1. Open a booking.

  2. Click Change.

    There may be policy warnings and/or change fees.

  3. Select the desired route and click Book Now.

  4. The schedule and route information will update.

  5. Click OK.
