Shipping a Package

Ship a package

1. Open a booking.

   

2. In the Class, set the # of pieces and weight, as well as Freight in the drop-down list, if available.

   

3. Optional.  Set the Pricing field, this may already be set.

   

4. Optional.  Set the Fare, this may already be set.

   

5. Click the Shipping tab.

   

6. Check the Enable Shipping checkbox.

   

7. Enter shipping fields as required.

8. Click OK.

Check In a package

1. Open the booking.

   

2. In the General tab, click Checked.

   

3. Optional.  Click the Boarded button.

   

Print a shipping receipt

1. Open the booking.
2. Click the Billing tab.
3. Click the Receipt drop-down arrow.
4. Click Shipping or ALT + SHIFT + R.

   

Mark a package ready for pickup or delivery

When a package has arrived at its final location a flag can be set to indicate it is ready for pickup or delivery.

1. Open the booking.
2. Click the Shipping tab.

   

3. Check the Ready for Pickup or Delivery checkbox.

   

4. Click OK.

Shortcut: Ready for Pickup or Delivery from the manifest

1. Select the booking.
2. Click Shipping > Ready for Pickup or Delivery.

   

Mark a package picked up or delivered

1. Open the booking.
2. Click the Shipping tab.

   

3. Optional.  Enter the name of the receiver picking up.

   

4. Optional.  Enter Tracking information, including 3rd party tracking numbers if applicable.

   

5. Check the Received date/time checkbox.

   

6. Click OK.

Shortcut: Mark Delivered from the manifest

1. Select the booking.
2. Click Shipping > Mark Delivered.

   

Calculate the dimensional weight

1. Select the booking.
2. Click the Shipping tab.
3. Enter the height, weight and length.

   

4. The dimensional weight will automatically be calculated.

To set the divisor number:

1. Click File > Configuration > System > Bookings tab.
2. Set dimensional shipping divisor.

   

3. Click OK.
