Running another instance of the Booking Agent

The Booking Agent can run multiple instances on the same computer.

Examples:

• Dedicated for maintenance of schedules
• Dedicated for the Load Report
• A second company

• Viewing schedules and making bookings
• Close all windows, right-click the taskbar and click Show windows side by side

Setting up a separate instance of the Booking Agent

1. Right-click on the desktop.
2. Click New > Shortcut.
3. In Type the location of the item, enter the link, examples herein:
   
   MS DOS

4. Click Next.
5. Enter a name for this shortcut, such as “Point of Sale”, “Load Report”.
6. Click Finish.
7. You can change the icon of the newly created desktop item by right-clicking on it and then Properties.
8. From the Web Document tab, clicking Change Icon.
9. You can add any icon you wish from an existing file.
   For a large list of icons, use the “%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll”.
10. Click OK to save the new icon.
11. Click OK to save the shortcut.
