1. Install the Booking Agent
The Booking Agent software allows employees to manage all aspects of the reservations process including customer bookings, profiles, check in and scheduling.

Requirements:
- Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 or later. The Booking Agent runs on the .NET Framework
» Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 (Web Installer) - Processor: 400 MHz or higher processor
- Video Monitor: A minimum resolution of 800×600 is recommended.
- Hard Disk: A minimum of 200 MB HD space. (Installation package may be less)
- Memory: A minimum of 500MB of RAM memory
- Internet: High speed broadband Internet. Dial-up may be suitable for light use stations
2. Launch the Booking Agent
You’ll find the Booking Agent shortcut on your desktop.
3. Find your company
Search for your company by name.
4. Login to your company
Administrators can setup employees with appropriate permissions.

You will need your full name, email or employee # and password to login to the Booking Agent.
- Enter your User Name and Password.
- Click Login.
