#83 – Maximum refund credit reached

There is a maximum daily refund limit per station.

To increase your daily refund limit:

1. Call Eigen at 604-736-1066.
2. Ask for the Support Department.
3. Inform them of the #83 error and that you want to increase your limit.
4. Confirm your payment provider.
5. You may be required to provide the last 4 digits of your bank account for verification.
