To better understand a problem you are encountering, it is helpful to be able to “step into your shoes” while you walk through the issue.

Steps Recorder is a Microsoft tool which allows screen capturing so we may replicate the issue in our lab.

  1. Click the Start W  button.

  2. Type psr.
  3. Click the Apps tab.

  4. Click Steps Recorder.

  5. Click Record.

  6. Perform all actions from the beginning to repeat issue.
    Don’t forget to include any and all steps to reproduce the issue.
    Sometimes an early fleeting step may be the cause of a downstream error.
  7. Click Stop Record.

  8. The recorded steps and screenshots will be logged.
  9. Click Save.

  10. Save the .zip file.

  11. Attach the saved .zip file when replying to a ticket or email support@blueskybooking.com.
