Possible PINpad hardware issue.
- Temporarily turn off Firewall
- Temporarily turn off Anti-Virus protection
- Check to ensure drivers, including USB drivers are up to date.
- Check, if applicable, Prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port (COMx)
- Stop and Start MiraServ
- Run Initialization: 000 and 007
- Eigen reports PINpad is pinging host properly
- Run Payment
Resolution steps:
- Request replacement PINpad
- Replace PINpad with another PINpad
Supply Eigen with Serial number so update can be made at processor
